Pool Rental information: Rental fee $75.00 with a $50.00 deposit ($125.00) 

• Rental slots are for 2 hours, with a 2-slot max (per day, total of 4 hours) 
• Reservations are made two (2) weeks in advance. 
• Grills will be available (Charcoal is free, propane is a $15 rental) 
• Residents renting pool are responsible for all guests. RENTERS- the Property Owner is responsible for all issues renters may cause. 
• Pool and table area must be cleaned up after rental (includes grills of either/both types) 
• Trash must be placed in the provided containers. 
• ALL COMMUNITY POOL RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED.  
• $50.00 dollar refund will be given if no violations occur (including cleaning) 
• As a reminder LGHOA DOES NOT have a lifeguard swim out your own risk. 
• Cancelling must be completed at least 48 hours prior to pool rental (rental fee is due prior to reserving the pool) 
• Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellation, damages, or rule violations. 
• MEMBERS MUST BE CURRENT ON ASSESSMENTS/DUES TO BE ABLE TO RENT THE POOL OR USE THE POOL.
