About the Lake Granbury Harbor Owners Association

Founded in 1976, our Homeowners Association has proudly served as the heart of our vibrant community for over four decades. Established to foster a sense of belonging and enhance the quality of life for our residents, we are dedicated to maintaining the beauty and integrity of our neighborhood.

Our HOA is committed to preserving common areas, organizing community events, and providing resources for homeowners. We strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where families can thrive and friendships can flourish. With a board of dedicated volunteers, we work together to uphold our community's values and traditions while embracing new ideas for the future.

Our clubhouse, which was recently renovated, is decked out with TVs, leather couches and even a vending machine!

Come take a dive in our pool or shoot some hoops at the basketball court. Bring the entire family out to one of our two beautiful parks for a picnic! 

You can even take your boat out on the water with our boat ramp or enjoy an afternoon fishing on the dock.
